Quoi n'Oeuf

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 19, 2026

Quoi n'Oeuf ("we", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website and of people who submit a job application. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what your rights are.

Information we collect

  • "Join the Team" form: name, email address, phone number, desired position, message, and, if you choose to provide it, your resume.
  • Site browsing: anonymized analytics data (pages visited, time on site, device type) via Google Analytics, only if you consented to cookies during your visit.

How we use this information

Information provided in the job application form is used solely to evaluate your application and communicate with you about it. Analytics data, when consented to, helps us understand how our site is used so we can improve it.

Third-party service providers

We use the following providers to operate our website. They process data on our behalf and are required to protect its confidentiality:

  • Resend — sending job application emails
  • UploadThing — secure hosting of submitted resumes
  • Google Analytics — anonymized browsing statistics (with consent)
  • Vercel — website hosting

Data retention

Job applications, including submitted resumes, are retained for 12 months from receipt, then securely deleted, unless an employment relationship is established in the meantime.

Your rights

In accordance with Quebec's Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Law 25) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • withdraw your consent or request deletion of your information at any time;
  • file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information if you believe your rights have not been respected.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us by phone.

Cookies

Our site uses Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic, only with your consent. A banner lets you accept or decline these cookies on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's cookies.

Security

We apply reasonable security measures — HTTPS encryption, protection against automated submissions (spam/bots), and submission rate limiting — to protect your information from unauthorized access. No system is guaranteed to be 100% breach-proof; we are committed to applying reasonable best practices for a site of our size.
